help needed for 85 ghosts

Anyone be able to help me later with the green car quest to get 85 ghosts. I've been trying to see if anyone will help me , but everyone seems to be out for themselves. I've already helped two people get the 45 , it seems not many others wish to reciprocate in the general vmk community...so am asking here.

I'm in the UK, and will be on later about 10pm or so my time (5 eastern i think), so if anyone is willing to help, please give me a yell on vmk. Name there is Madforwdw and am wearing the everest coat.

Many TIA , probably wont ever get the car if the fireworks is still 300,000 but would like to get as close to the final step as possible lol

Would appreciate any help on the ghosts...my best ever score is 47 lol. I have no chance!!

I should be able to help you depending on how early we eat dinner here. You'll be getting on at 5 EST which is usually when I'm cooking, but I'll try!!

I just helped DizzyMulan today get her 85 ghosts - piece of cake - she got 128 ghosts all by herself!!

What you want to do is play on a team ALL BY YOURSELF and go against 4 people - works like a charm! Just make sure they all know to lose a round and then win a round so that you all get into the bonus round... It really doesn't matter who wins the 3rd round...

I've just been at the Mansion, offered to help someone get their 85 if they helped me in return...no answer. TBH it is getting rather aggravating that I spend half the time when I'm on there helping people with their quest questions or guiding them through the big thunder mines...or even showing them how to get up to the Captains Quarter's Desk (if I hear "how do i get up there" one more time I shall scream!!) and then nobody in the general VMK population puts themselves out to help. I do get rather PO'ed. I know most are kids but still not the point.

Thank heavens anyway for Dis! You know Dis should have its own magic pin!

PS I shall probably be on until gone midnight my time, 7 eastern if that helps.

I was on for a few hours, popping back and forth to HM. Most of the time I had players I had helped over the last day or two come back to me repeatedly for help, so much of my time was spent helping so might have missed you at the HM. Now VMK is closed for a while.

If anyone can spare some time at a set time that is best for them, I will work round that and make sure I tell anyone needing help to WAIT! lol. Just let me know of any arrangements good for you and I shall be there (well, except after about 10pm eastern....thats 3am my time. I want the 85 ghosts, but not THAT bad!

I have total empathy for you! I am in the same exact boat. I actually started a little while ago about the same thing, lol.

It is not that simple. Most ppl are unwilling to sign on to a game like that (assuming you can even get a game started!) They will switch sides at the last second or not sign up at all, and are unwilling to "lose" a round to get to round 3.

I have been helping ppl but have not found anyone to help me so far.

I was lucky to find some people last night, but the first game I disconnected, the second I got 105 ghosts but the quest did not advance and the third time i disconnected, my internet crashed and I lost the "m" key on my keyboard. It was time to quit.

There are nice, helpful people out there, you just need to keep looking (and hopefully they are still willing to help me after last night).

Yes, which is why you really need 4 DIS people to go against you. And make sure you go over the "rules" before you start the game...

Mind you the three times Ive actually tried to start a game today it has crashed back to the lobby room, same with a couple of people I spoke to. So something looks up with the game today.
