Help needed . First time visit for a very special occasion

Hi everyone

A group of 5 of us are heading out to DLP next june for a pre wedding break.

On one of the evenings we are there we would like to go somewhere really nice for a drink and then on to somewhere else for a fabulous dinner. The meal can be anywhere, a hotel , park etc but I really want this particular night to be very special so some suggestions for a lovely place to have a drink and then onward for a special meal would be much appreciated.
