Howdy everyone and thanks in advance for any help or opinions you can offer!! DH & I are taking a short 4 day trip to WDW Sept. 5-8 and are planning on going commando style b/c we've got a lot of ground to cover in just a few days. Sunday is our MK day and my plan was to have an early lunch at CRT and dinner at CP. Our DU agent was only able to get 10:00a breakfast at CP, 3:00p lunch at CRT and 5:45p dinner at CP. That was not part of the plan and I'm concerned why 3:00p was the only time open at CRT but that's another story :p

Here is my thought or help question - how likely is it that I can get a different time for CRT? 3:00p is right when the parade is and we missed it last Dec and don't want to miss it again. If we can either do 11:00, 12:00, or 4:00 then I'd be much happier. Is the best tactic to have my DU agent keep trying, my try, or just call when we get there? We made other PSs at other parks that were slightly different than our "preferred" time but nothing that we can't work around. The MK ones are a problem though and are stressing me out.

Thanks again - Laurie

That's a tough one. I would keep the 5:45 at CP and just keep trying for an earlier time at CRT - like 11:30. That would get you out in plenty of time for the parade, and give your tummies time to "process".

Good luck! I know it stinks to have a detail dangling!

CRT is the most consistently full restaurant at WDW. I am not surprised at all that nothing else was available. If you're having a late breakfast and an early dinner, you might be ok to just skip lunch or grab a snack. More time for attractions and parade that way too. If you are dead-set on eating at Cindy's, and you can't get anything earlier there (with a 10am breakfast, why would you want to?) maybe you could cancel the dinner.
You could also try to walk-up (although same-day lunch bookings are usually full by 11am.)
Whatever you do, have fun.
