HELP! Need "gift certificate" made w/ Blue Man Group theme. Need it for Mother's Day!

I just purchased 2 tickets for my parent to attend the Blue Man Group Show(it is their Mother's Day and Father's Day present). Their tickets won't be in in time for me to present them to my parents on Sunday. Can someone please design me some kind of "gift certificate" that I can put in a card.

If you can please include that it is a mother's day/father's day gift and that it is for June 6, 2008 at 8 pm. And make it from your loving daughters, Jeni and Jessica.
