Help! Need an award certificate

Here's the thing, my 1st grader went to WDW for his birthday - while there, went to MNSSVSHP (Halloween Party) as a Pirate. We spent a lot of time making the costume and the cast members remarked how great he looked. While visiting Captain Hook & Mr Smee, Capt. Hook "told" him "That's the best cosutme - alright!

At school show and tell at Halloween, my little guy tells the class Capt Hook said he had the best pirate costume at the Halloween party. Now some of the other boys (it would have to be boys ) want him to prove it.

So I have been trying to make-up an award certificate - Best Pirate at Halloween Party on Sept. 5th or something. Maybe I could trace Capt Hook's autograph??? Any ideas?
