HELP!!! Narcoossee's or Yachtsman Steakhouse?

Read great things about Narcoossee's and Yachtman Steakhouse......GREAT. We will only have time to go to one of them to celebrate a birthday, the rest of the trip is booked with other ADR's. So, in celebration of a birthday, which restaurant would you suggest and why?

The food is great at both. The first factor is what do you want to eat - steak or seafood. Also, which atmosphere do you enjoy (boardwalk or seven seas lagoon). Either can be a part of a special evening. I would personally pick Narcoosees. I would go over to the Grand Floridian with time to spare before my ADR. I would enjoy the music in the lobby. Then I would make my way over. I'd try to time it so that we were done with dinner about when the fireworks were going to start. So after dinner, I'd head out to the wrap around porch and enjoy the fireworks with the music piped in. When the fireworks are at 9, right after the fireworks, the electric water pageant comes by and you have a perfect view on the porch there. To me, that's a special evening.

I saw Narcoossee's. I've eaten at both and Narcoossee's is our all time favorite. We go there and eat and watch the fireworks every trip.
