I am sure someone here has the answer for me. I recently made my first point redemption for a webcertificate (my intent is to buy a DisneyStore GC and then use that to buy Disney Dollars for our upcoming trip to WDW - yes, I checked w/ store manager and was assured that is allowed). Anyway, I see that MyPoints has taken the point from my account. BUT, I have gotten no information about how to get my webcertificate. I went to webcertificate.com and it says I do not have any credit with them. Can someone who has done this in the past please let me know how it works. Does anyone have a phone number for MyPoints?

So, they've also received 3 emails about me not being able to log in
I'm so frustrated with them! I was counting on those gc's when we go to Disney in November. This was also my first order. I probably won't continue (especially if they won't let me on
