HELP! MyPoints Question

Hi All-

I am sure someone here has the answer for me. I recently made my first point redemption for a webcertificate (my intent is to buy a DisneyStore GC and then use that to buy Disney Dollars for our upcoming trip to WDW - yes, I checked w/ store manager and was assured that is allowed). Anyway, I see that MyPoints has taken the point from my account. BUT, I have gotten no information about how to get my webcertificate. I went to webcertificate.com and it says I do not have any credit with them. Can someone who has done this in the past please let me know how it works. Does anyone have a phone number for MyPoints?

You'll get a email saying that you have received a gift of $xx from MyPoints from WebCertificate. Redemptions are not instant so be patient. In the email will be instructions for you to follow.

On a side note: Did you know the DIS has a Reward Board

The email with the link to claim them came on 9/15. Hope that gives you a better idea of the time frame.

WOW! I can't beleive it takes that long! I have enough points for another gift cert but thought I would see how this works out first. With this time frame, however, I need to order the other right away, in order to have everything on time for our trip. Thanks for the info!

I love this idea! I was originally going to get Marriott g/c, but Disney Dollars make more sense! I don't see anywhere on the Disney store website to order Dis $. How much do they charge to convert the webcertificate to a plastic card?

Well, I ordered my gc's to Olive Garden back in the beginning of August. I haven't heard anything from them, even though I have called and I've sent 4 emails. Now, I can't seem to log in. I had them send me my username and password because I thought, maybe I had changed it and I hadn't. It will not let me log in So, they've also received 3 emails about me not being able to log in I'm so frustrated with them! I was counting on those gc's when we go to Disney in November. This was also my first order. I probably won't continue (especially if they won't let me on )

I think it is about $7.00 to get the card. I've been doing MyPoints for almost a year now and love it! The webcerts usually take about 3 weeks to get from the time you order.

I've ordered several Target gcs with my points and it has only taken a few weeks at the most.

Hey Mypointers! You guys oughta come over to the DIS Rewards Board. Lots of folks over there who do mypoints, and always find the hard to find points!!! See ya there!
