HELP!!! My Kids are Sick and we Leave on Friday!

Desitin- NOT the creamy formula. I think we tried every diaper rash cream out there before we found Desitin. It works great!!!! My girls get diaper rash very easy and it always clears it up quickly.

Our lifesaver was Triple Paste. Expensive, but worth every penny in our experience! You can get it at Target (at least, you can at ours!). Good luck! I hope everyone's feeling much better soon!

Just went to the store and bought three different kinds so I'll try them out and see what works. I don't think it's a yeast rash because my DD had that from wearing a pull up at night and the rash looked totally different. He actually never gets rashes but since he's had the diarrhea the past week it's been irritating his skin a lot. The warm baths do help too...he LOVES taking a bath and cries when we have to get him out. :-( Anyway...hoping something will work soon because we leave Friday morning!!!! Only one more day to go!! I'm going to start packing tonight and we're so excited. I just hope the kids will be all better by this weekend so they can enjoy the new Pirate pool at CBR!

That would be funny!! Don't worry though because I will not be letting my son in the pool if he still has diarrhea this weekend. Plus I don't want the chlorine to irritate his rash any more than it already is...

Oh, he still has it? For some reason i thought that part was over. Well, good luck. I bet you when you get there it all works out. Looks like we are going to have some good weather!

Hope it works for you! We stayed at CBR last Sept, and the kids (then almost 2 and almost 3) LOVED the pirate pool!!! So much that we are going back again this year. I think you all will have a blast too!

I would call disney and see if they can work with you on just moving your trip...it will be no fun for them at a park all day and do you really want to be out of town if your kids are sick? If you are not going to cancel all together they sometimes will let you move the days around and if comes to even a little more they will not charge the change fee...as long as it is more (even a few bucks) I have had to do this before. Good luck.

You are probably already on your way but I just wante dto mention if you are sure its not a yeast rash it and he still has diarehea it might be that he is teething. My kids sometimes got loose bowels/rash while teething. A good diaper rash cream like butt paste or triple paste is a wonder!
