Help! My first major wrinkle

I am 41 years old and have my first major wrinkle It's to the left of my mouth and is about a 1/2" long, deep line. Is there anything over the counter that will help? I am a little depressed about this, especially since my 2nd grader noticed it first.

Retin-A. The single best wrinkle cream in the world. You will need to get a script from your doctor but t is worth every penny. By the way it won't get completely rid of the one you have but will keep you from getting more. I would not be with out mine.
