I wasn't feeling well yesterday so I took a sick day today and I have every intention of using the whole day to catch up on the Dis. I am looking forward to catching up on all of your plans and being able to read through your food pics without drooling since my appetite is gone today.

I want the Prosciutto and Melon...and on pizza...cannot get it here...so it's either WDW or Italy...and I'd happily visit either place!

I am not alone! I am 100% the same way. I really get good when it is seriously late and we NEED to get going.

It is my favourite dessert there. Tom had the apple dessert and it was good, but the Zeppole are my all time favourite dessert there.

Yes, it is prosciutto and there is melon on it too and while I thought it was an odd combination in the first place, it was exceptionally yummy!

The Zeppole are disneylicious! You really need to try them for yourself next time.

Actually it is 4 more sleeps, 3 more days come tomorrow. But there is only 30 more minutes in TODAY, so I guess 3 more days seems okay.

Summer vacation 2012,
Key West, WDW, back to back cruises on the Disney DREAM, and another week at WDW.


Day 26:
WDW

Since we will have gotten in early the day before we should be able to get to Animal Kingdom for Extra Magic Hours.
I guess we will not have had much breakfast,

so we will grab a bite to eat there during the early park hours.
We will stay and explore

and ride our favourite rides until midday. Then we will try to find somewhere nice for lunch.
If we eat inside the park I would think that we would eat at Flame Tree

and if we leave the park we could then try the buffet at the Coronado Springs' Pepper Market.

After lunch we plan on getting back to the resort and rest for a while, do some packing of things we no longer need and maybe hit the quiet pool.

In the evening we will head over to the neighbour,

Port Orleans Riverside,

for dinner at Boatwrights.

If the weather is fine we will walk around the grounds for a while

before we head back to the car and drive back home.
Since this will still be early night we could even head over to Krispy Kreme

for a late night snack before heading back to our villa and enjoy a leisurely rest of the evening in front of the TV.

I wonder how many of these plans we will follow. We have been known to very easily throw them overboard.

OKW is such a beautiful resort and it doesn't have that hotel feel to it. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want!

Summer vacation 2012,
Key West, WDW, back to back cruises on the Disney DREAM, and another week at WDW.


Day 27:
WDW

If we picked up Krispy Kreme the day before, we will have those for breakfast,

before we drive to DHS for rope drop.

I guess Tom will join the mad dash for Toy Story Mania Fast passes, before we will get into the standby line.

I guess we will do the backlot tour and fit in a ride at Startours and another one at Tower of Terror,

Rock’n’Rollercoaster and the Great Movie Ride.

Some time during the morning we will make a short stop at Starring Rolls for a sandwich for Tom and a yummy cupcake for myself.

Around midday we will leave the Studios and head to Downtown Disney for a little last minute shopping and lunch at Wolfgang Puck’s Express

to meet with Teresa and Mick for the first time again.

We will then return to Old Key West

and chill for a while before we head over to Port Orleans Riverside to pick up our friends Teresa and Mick for a nice leisurely visit at Old Key West.
After they had a look at the resort, we will all relax on the balcony for a while, making plans for our cruise together next summer and in the evening we will head to Olivia’s for dinner.

I am sure we will come up with something fun to do after dinner before we will take our friends back to Port Orleans. Then we will do some more packing and finally go to bed.

I think I like your day 27 plans! I am so excited! You will be able to tell us about your back to back cruises and give us a few tips for our time on the Dream. It will be great to check out your home away from home OKW too.
