Help! Memory card with Disney pics stolen!!!

I was at Dosney last month and I put my digital camera in my swaetshirt pocket before I went on Rockin Roller Coaster and as I went around the first turn the camera flew out fo my pocket. It was just before the closing time of the part and I immediately reported it. They guy at the end of the ride said that as soon as the ride closes he would look for it and then turn it in to the "Kennel". I did get it back the next day but my memory card and rechargable batteries were not in the camera. I find this odd because the camera has locks on both doors and it was returned to me with both doors still locked. I kept my hopes up that the memory card would be returned but it has not. I lost the entire weeks worth of pictures. I've called and they are offering to send me a check for the cost of the memory card. Well that's all and good but what about the $400 plus that I spent to scrapbook the pics. Can anyone help me get pics from Disney. I am looking for pics of everything. Also if anyone has pics of Pop Century that woud be great since I already planned my layout before I left. Thanks.

At the very top of the page here on the Dis there is a Pictures/Video bar. Click on that and you will get lots and lots of pictures of Disney. You can also do a search on Google under the images tab for anything you want. I really feel for you, our pictures mean so much to us. Good Luck.

Oh my! I feel awful. What a horrible thing! My last trip to WDW, my DH was in charge of the camera........needless to say we do not have many pics. I guess one thing you can do is plan another trip

How awful for you. Have you asked if they would please look again inside the ride, maybe the camera popped apart and the card is lying all by itself inside the ride somewhere. I am sure you did ask that....oh my....I would completely lose my mind.

I can help with the Pop Century pics...I have a lot of the different stairwells, the entrance and such. Can you be patient with me, my printer is not working well. As soon as I get it up and running I would be happy to print these out and send them to you.

oh....and I have a bunch of the MGM parade.....They are really nice shots.
and a few from AK safari and gorilla area.

Gosh maybe I should just copy my CD and send it to you and you can print out what you need. I have so many on it that would be able to be used by anyone. Let me know.

I saw a bunch of pics on the video/pic bar but I do not know how to burn them to a cd so that I can get them printed.

Can you copy and paste them into a program on your computer and then save them to a CD? Would that work?

Aw that sucks That is the worst. I thought I did that last year, lost my camera. Thing is I could care less about the camera, I just wanted the pictures I took.

OMG!!! I would be FREAKING OUT, TOO!!! I feel so bad!! How could someone do such a horrible thing!?!?

I have all my pics from last May on imagestation.com. You have to sign up (free) to view pics. My user name over there is also disneyfreakjackie (who knew?!?) Anyway I have tons of pics of the parks/scenery since it was just DH and I on that trip and he started getting sick of posing!! Use whatever you want, if you can't save from the site, let me know which ones you need and I can e-mail them to you. Hope this helps!
