Oh wow...to be fair I haven't stayed at any of those....
So first I would ask, do you hang out in the room a lot? Or is it a place to just sleep and shower? If you don't hang out in the room often, I would go with the FFI. Use the money you save on souvenirs or a nice meal and cocktails, etc or just save the money towards another trip!! If you do hang out in the room a lot, I would go with the new Courtyard. It's newer and not much further of a walk than the FFI and the room configurations look really nice.
