Help me with my company message please....

Hi everyone,

The Dis has helped me out so much in the past I am hoping they can again. I am getting back into my real estate career and am designing new business cards. There is a place for a company message right under the company name.

As I mentioned; it is a real estate company. Does anyone have any ideas? I thought of....

Making your dreams come true

But...then I thought it was corny.

Also, I was thinking of putting a yearly calendar on the back in the hopes people might hang on to the card that way. There is also an option for a tip chart but I thought the calendar was better.

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

My realtor has a calendar on the back of her cards and I use it all the time since it is small and I can keep it in my wallet.

I am so not creative so I can't help with the tag line for your business.

I wouldn't make any references to money or paying because SOMEONE will come back to you down the road and say "your card says I would pay less and I didn't".

My DH keeps a realtor's card in his wallet for the tip chart. It comes in really handy....although I'm not sure it does it's job since I couldn't even begin to tell you who it is for.

You may want to google other real estatate agencies around the country and see what they use, then expand on that.

We receive a few of them. Usually keep two, one is large enough calendar that you can write small things in the day-space. It also has recipes at the bottom of each month and a few pages in between the months offer tips for buying and selling homes. The other one has listings for all Notre Dame, Purdue, Indiana, Michigan, Bears and Colts games. The back of it shows all Monday night football games.

If we receive any others with calendars (magnetic) we send them to school with the kids to hang in their locker.

The two that we keep work for the same company, only one has a slogan that says "real effort. real results." Both list their various awards, Chairman's Club and #1 agent from '03-'08 (mail-in votes by readers of the local newspaper).
