help me use airline credit

We are trying to book flights on Air Tran, and we have a credit to use. But I can't figure how we do that on-line. Or do we have to call in order to use a credit? Please help asap as we are trying to book before the flights go up again!

The option to use the credit should appear on the payment page. It will give you the amount of credit that you have and will ask you to enter your A+ rewards password again in order to use the credit towards the $ owed.
