Am I getting this right? There is an automatic $249 tax charge and then you are charged whatever bid you offer and you get 7 nights AND $500 cash?

I think I must be misunderstanding.

Looks like it isn't $500 in CASH, but $500 to use at a reward site.

Ah.....like everything at the rewards site starts at $5,000, but you have $500 now to use there.....I see. I missed that part.

and you have to be booked before January 2011. (lots of mumbo jumbo in that language there)

u will receive (1) one Resort Vacation Certificate good for a seven-night stay. Currently resort stays using the 7 Night Resort Certificate must be booked by January 30, 2011, but you can travel up to January 30, 2011.
and doesnt mention blackout dates etc.

skyauction sometimes have good deals--Im just not liking that particular one
