help me understand this a bit - yearly

Okay, so I understand the points and banking. I get that it is about 15,000 to get started for 150 points, but what I can't find is what the yearly fees are? (or are they monthly?)
Assuming the minimum of 150 pts a year, what would that be?
Anyone know?

Right now, maintenance fees are "roughly" about $4 per point, so if you own 150 points, you'll pay about $600 per year, or $50 per month. Each resort has a different amount, and I believe the newest AKV estimated figure is $4.62 per point. That would be 693 per year, or 57.75 per month.
