Well, you are staying on site, so no worries about seeing it all!
I have to tell you, I would actually have a "relaxed" plan for you - on site will allow you to see it all & hit your favorites again!
As for eating, we never tend to plan meals - Mythos is in IOA, so that's covered - eat there the day you are in IOA! ( be careful, tho, it's right across from Dueling Dragons, don't want to waste a good meal! LOL)

The Kitchen wasn't the kitchen the last time we were there, but they did have a breakfast buffet, so that takes care of two at once!

To enjoy the pools, I will tell you what we do:
Hit the parks early ( for us this means 9 am or so!) - go till lunchtime - go to one of your choices in citywalk (NASCAR, Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville) eat lunch, go back to the room, change, enjoy the pools until around 3, hit the parks again - makes for a nice relaxing day & you are in the pool for the hottest hours of the day!

Just some tips, hope it helps!

The Kitchen GC has to be used for lunch, but we did try the breakfast buffet and liked it a lot. It was a bit pricey, but I thought worth it for the most part. The coffee was good and the orange juice very good. There was a nice selection of food with omelettes made to order.

We also got to the park by opening, stayed until about 1 or so, went to the hotel to swim, and then back to the parks. You could leave the parks and go to City Walk to use your GCs for lunches, assuming there aren't restrictions that won't allow that.

When are you going?

The "relaxed" plan is kind of what I am going for. After 4 days at WDW, I will be ready for it. I've never stayed on-site since it has been 10 years since my last visit. The rest of the family has never been to USO/IOA. As a matter of fact, IOA was a twinkle in someones eye the last time I was there. Thanks for your input, I plan to post my finalized plan and trip report.

You are going to have a great time. You will find your stay at HRH and going to parks to be far less stressful than staying at Disney. You will enjoy FOTL. No worrying about fast passes. You will have no regrets.
