Hi guys,
DH and I are going crazy trying to figure out a restaurant we ate at in DTD on our honeymoon in 2000.
Here is what we remember.
I ate the best roasted garlic and italian bread I've ever had. We sat outside overlooking water. We were in DTD, cuz I remember seeing Pleasure Island.
It was a fancy place, really nice decor and table cloths on the tables.

Can someone please tell us where we were....lol I know that sounds silly, we just can't remember the name of the restaurant.

Thanks
Fran

go to dining at the top of the page and then click on restaurants and menus and then click on downtown disney restaurants adn there's a list.
hopefully that'll hlep narrow it down :-)
i dont eat too many places there so i'm kinda blank- but i'm thinking it was maybe wolfgang puck?

Could it be Portabello (sp?)? I'm not sure if it's been there that long but I've eaten there and it's great.

I'm thinking either Capt. Jacks or Portabello is where you were. Outside chance it could have been Fulton's? That's on the paddleboat.

I know its not Capn jacks cuz we were there last year for the first time. I am thinking it might have been Portabello's but DH thinks it might have been Fultons.

Thanks everyone!!

Portobello's had the roasted garlic with the great bread. They recently remodeled and changed the menu. They added more outdoor dining They no longer serve the roasted garlic, but it is still our favorite restaurant in DD.
