Our family of 5's 60 day window opens on Sunday 4/24.
Here are the dates and restaurants we are hoping to get bookings for... any help with prioritizing the reservations is greatly welcomed! This is our first family trip to Disney and we are trying to make the most of it :)
Thank you for your help!!!

60 days out - Big River Grille (dinner)
Beaches & Cream (dessert)
60+ 1 - Jungle Skipper Canteen (dinner)
60 +2 - Tusker House (breakfast)
Yak & Yeti (dinner)
60 +3 - Hoop de Doo (can't book until 5/26)
60 +4 - Cinderella's Royal Table (dinner)
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (if it reopens)
60 +5 - Oga's Cantina (lunch-time)
Hollywood & Vine (dinner)
Droid Depot
60 +6 - Chef Mickey's (breakfast)
The Boathouse (dinner)
60 +7 - Trattoria al Forno or Akershus (if they reopen) (breakfast)
Space 220 (dinner)

I ranked these the way I would book them.

For the first four, I would maybe do them in the order of what you want the most. Were you just looking for ice cream at Beaches and Cream? If that's the case I would book that fourth of the 4 personally, or maybe not at all. You can just walk up to the ice cream counter and they will serve you, but you would have to leave the restaurant.

I left out Big River Grille and Droid Depot because I'm not sure where it should fit in. I have a feeling Droid Depot should probably go high on the list.

1. Space 220
2. Cinderella's Royal Table & BBB (I hope BBB is open too!!! My trip is shortly after :)
3. Oga's Cantina (toss up with 1., I'd go for the one you want the most first)
4. Beaches and Cream
5. Yak and Yeti
6. Tusker House
7. Chef Mickey's
8. Hollywood & Vine
9. Trattoria al Forno (or Akershus)
10. Skipper Canteen
11. The Boathouse
12. Hoop de Doo

A lot of buffets/character dining. Not sure if you considered some others that have great theme like sci fi dine in, 5s prime time, coral reef, T-Rex and Rainforest, especially if you can't get some of the reservations you want.

If you don't get them all (especially the early ones) you can try a reservation finder as well. You have some AWESOME reservations! Many I've tried and also hoping to try!

Stick with Trattoria al Forno even if Akershus breakfast does reopen.

The food is far better at TAF and it has some characters that rarely appear elsewhere. That's IF the characters return to TAF soon. There were none, and it wasn't a family-style with choice of entree when we were there in November, only an a la carte breakfast. An excellent one, however.

Thank you for your help! I'm torn between walking up at Beaches & Cream or sitting down to get the Kitchen Sink... Guess I'll see what happens when we book and go from there!

I will definitely consider some of the non-character places if we don't get some of these reservations!

Fingers crossed!!! Thank you again ☺️

Thank you!! I'm hopeful that with the character experiences coming back full-force in the parks that the restaurants that don't have character dining back yet will soon! 🤞🤞

Droid Depot should be open by 5:45 (if not before- some enchanting extras can drop at midnight). I would be prepared to check your top restaurant ADR by 5:45 (I have seen random reports of pre-6 availability) and then make your Droid Depot reservation.

Would you consider Topolino’s? I honestly thought that breakfast was the best meal and the character interactions were absolutely stellar. They came to our table multiple times and were wonderful.

I would see if you can replace the space 220 dinner with the Lounge. I really didn’t think it was worth the cost for dinner at all. Plus I had really bad diarrhea from it.

I'll take a look at topolino's! Maybe instead of chef Mickey's? That's one of our rest days so I wouldn't feel rushed to get to a park after...

Is the space lounge kid-friendly? That was my only concern choosing the lounge over the restaurant.. there are 5 of us (2 adults, an 11 year old, 6 year old and 2 year old)

Yea I would replace it with Topolino’s if you could. It was really good. And you can order multiple meals.

I would think it would be? I do wish I didn’t end up doing space 220. It was cool going up but I really don’t think the price was worth it. Especially paying $79 (adult price) for your 11 year old

Great, thanks! Hmm... Maybe I'll rethink space all together then... Any other suggestions in Epcot for dinner? It's our last meal there so we kind of wanted to make it a good one... but maybe we just eat around the world all day... ☺️🤣

I hear garden grill is pretty good. But it’s a character meal.

There’s a bunch of good restaurants in Epcot though. Eating around the world is always a good idea 😂

OK...taking into account the tips you all gave, here is my final prioritized list:

1) Oga's (6/29 - early afternoon)
2) Via Napoli (7/1 - dinner)
3) CRT (6/28 - dinner)
4) Droid Depot (6/29 - early afternoon)
5) Beaches & Cream (6/24 - late evening...possibly skip for walk up service instead)
6) Yak & Yeti (6/26 - dinner)
7) Tusker House (6/26 - breakfast)
8) Hollywood & Vine (6/29 - dinner)
9) Skipper Canteen (6/25 - dinner)
10) T-Rex (6/30 - lunch)
11) The Boathouse (6/30 - dinner)
12) Trattoria al Forno (7/1 - breakfast)

Then.... Hoop de Doo when they open reservations and Bibbidi Bobbidi (fingers crossed)

Thanks everyone for your help!! Let me know if you see anything glaring that I should be changing :)
