help me please

good afternoon everyone I really need some help BIG TIME.

OK here is my story in 2000 I lost 66 lbs on WW and met goal weight I was so excited I went to work full time for them I did this for 5 1/2 years until I had to have a hyterectomy and be off work for 8 weeks recovering. In that time I gianed a little over 10lbs which ment I was over goal weight and could no longer work for WW. So I needed to find a new job in the last three years I have had 4 more surgeries one to remove an ovary and other women issues. I have also gained about 35 lbs. I have tried everything to loose it. I know what I am suppost to do I can track and drink my water and watch my caleries I gain. What is funny over the holiday I paid attenetion but didn't track and lost weight I don't understand. Did my body chemistry change that much. I am soo frustrated I want o go eat a whole cake just to get back at my weight even though I know that is even worse. HELP please we are going on a cruise in Nov and I want to loose at least 20lbs I would be happy with that.

I know this is alot of rambling but I knew my fellow WISHers would understand and give me the support I need you all are great thanks for listing I am felling a little better already.
 
I would try to go back to meetings and exercise. I think meetings help it makes you accountable but I am not telling you anything you don't know since you worked there. :lmao:

With all the surgeries I am sure it "did" somethign to you.

Vent here and post your exercise for encouragement!

Sounds like you are not adding exercise into the mix yet? With your background and experience, I am sure that you "know" what to do, but it sounds like you need to go back to step one (I was an aerobics instructor and fitness trainer in a previous life...but I have to remember...that was a previous life and I have to get over that and act like a beginner, because that is what I am again at this point).

Go to a meeting, pay the fee, sign up and get back into the program. Forget that used to be an expert. (Yes, it takes swallowing some pride.) Start moving your body...you CAN do this! :goodvibes
 
yes it is hard to be a beginner again but I am going to do this. I have pulled out my journal and am going to start tracking just like day 1. Thank you all for your support. I am going to do this. And with the help of my WISH friends be very successful at it.
 
Come over and join the biggest loser thread. There are some great, supportive people there. We have all been there. Good luck getting back on teack- this is a never ending battle.
