help me please; stamp was rejected; copyrighted???

Can someone tell me exactly how to fix my logo so that my stamp request doesn't get rejected? I just got an email last night saying that it might infringe on copyright.

I tried to make the circles unclosed, but I'm not sure if the font would cause alarm either....any tips on how to make this go through so i can rush order this...I'm trying to get stamps for my wedding invites.

I was screwing around with the fonts this morning, so here's a messed up version of what I sent them...just remove the second date and you'll get the idea...

My guess would be that it's because it's a Mickey Head mainly.

You might try calling the company and asking specifically what it is that's infringing upon copyright. Then rework your design from there.

yeah I would guess its not the font or the fact that the ears are not fully circles, its clearly a Mickey Mouse head and I doubt you will be able to get around that not looking like a derivative work.
