Hello!

Mid spetember, we will visit Disneyland Resort Paris for the 4th time. We only have 2 days to discover the Resort. In order to create (once more) a wonderfull experience, I'm planning my trip in detail. Here is the first question for the members of this board...

How many attractions can you do in one morning / afternoon or evening, without runing from one attraction to another? You also have to take into account some time to have some shopping from time to time :rotfl:

What do you think? I thought about 5 attraction in a one morning...

Is that a correct point of view? What do you think...

Thanks for an answer...

Depends what rides you would like to do. What are your favourites ? :)

I guess it even more depends on the day of the week (and year). During a weekday with no school holidays, you might be able to do 10 rides, each twice *lol*

Mid september school already started in France. So even a weekend could be somewhat relaxed (and there are still the EMH from 8-10 in the morning at the weekend in September for those booked at Disney hotels of having the Dream Passport). But anyway I'd suggest to go on a weekday if you have the chance to do so.

Mid september the Resort is open 10-19 (weekend 10-21). Let's say you start on a weekday at 10 and are into thrills.

- relaxed walk through Main Street towards Frontierland.
- doing BTM and/or getting Fastpasses, then Phantom Manor maybe
- entering Adventureland, doing Indiana Jones (i'd save Pirates for later as it's a bit more relaxing)
- strolling back to the Castle, having a look at the shops, saying hi to the dragon, doing Peter Pan (or getting FPs, too)
- having a bit of unhealthy candy or a sandwich.

I'd guess this 'programme' can be done in about 2-3 hours without missing a good bit of magic, too. Then you can aim to Discoveryland for a little Buzz Lightyear shooting, Space Mountain, Star Tours. Having a Pizza. Then doing the "slow" rides like Pirates or Small World.

In fact, on a non-crowded day, you CAN do the whole Disneyland Park with all its rides and the Studios on the other day. Especially if you already have been there before and know how to get along. You'll be tired anyway unimportant how early the Park closes, as you still have the Village for evening explorations. :)

Oh, if you are into shows (Tarzan, Lion King), plan your day around those.

That's all I have to suggest for now :)

Also depends on your trip buddies - family, partner, any kids? We wanted to get through rides, the kids just wanted to hug characters and get autographs..... that can be very time consuming - but worth it for the memories...

Hey!

Thanks for all the answers! Here is some additional info:

We would visit DLRP on the 15th and 16 of September (this is a weekend). We can not enjoy the magical hours program because we don't stay in a Disney hotel. The second day, we will leave at 17h00. Within those 2 days, we would like to discover the Magic Kingdom AND the Walt Disney Studios. In your opinion, which rides could we do, within the limited time mentioned above? Please note, it may not become a race, we want to do everything in a relaxed way. We want some time to enjoy the landscapes and shops.

Here is a list of rides we like. The ones we really want to visit are marked with a smiley (:goodvibes )

Magic Kingdom:

Main Street Transportation.
Phantom Manor :goodvibes
Thunder Mesa Riverboats
Big Thunder Mountain :goodvibes
The Tarzan Encounter
River Keelboats :goodvibes
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril
Pirates of the Caribbean :goodvibes
Le Passage Enchanté d'Alladin
Sleeping Beauty Castle
Alice's Curious Labyrinth
It's a small World :goodvibes
Space Mountain :goodvibes
Mystères de Nautilus
Star Tours :goodvibes
Lion KIng Show :goodvibes
Parade.

The Walt Disney Studios:

Art of Disney Animation
Animagique :goodvibes
Crush Coaster :goodvibes
Cinémagique
Rock'n Roller Coaster :goodvibes
Moteur... Action Stunt Show
Parade :goodvibes

And last but not least, we want to have a walk around Lake Disney :goodvibes

We know, it is impossible to do them all if we don't want to hurry... How many attractions of this list can we do? Can you propose a kind of plan which includes some of these rides (don't forget the ones with a :goodvibes )? You don't have to include them all... In which order should we visit them, to avoid waiting to long in the line? When should we take a break for a lunch / dinner? Please mark these moments within the plan proposed...

Who could help me drawing up a plan?

Thanks for some answers
