Help me plan out our week long wdw trip!

We went to WDW for two days this past summer before taking a Disney cruise and it didn't take long or much to convince husband/daddy to take a full week trip to WDW this next summer!

We went to Magic Kingdom and Epcot in July and this time plan to take a week where we can enjoy a park then enjoy the hotel the next day and so forth. So...

We are planning around the same dates we visited last summer which was July 22nd... onwards...

1. What quick service and table service do you recommend at Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios? Our girl's will be 5 and 8.

2. We had Garden Grill at Epcot but would like to change that to somewhere else? Any recommendations?

3. I think we are going to stick with Cinderella's Castle and BOG again for MK since the girl's are all about princesses!

4. In what order should we do the parks and should we take a day break in between each of them?

Thanks for your help!

Eeek... so excited to start planning once again...!

1. Definitely Tusker House at Animal Kingdom and Starring Rolls at Hollywood Studios. Starring Rolls is geared towards deserts but there's nice outdoor seating and plenty of choices.

2. Askershus is always good, along with Via Napoli, but definitely check the menus for your girls!

3. Great choice!!!

4. There's no need to do a day in between each and every day. How about, go two parks - Epcot then Magic Kingdom. Then a break day - and to Hollywood Studios then Animal Kingdom. Then ask the girls what parks were their favorites, and use the last two days to take your time, relax, checkout Disney Springs, go swimming, and check out some places like Chef Mickeys, Kona Cafe (our favorite), Ohana, California Grill, and 1900 Park Fair.

Hope you have a fantastic trip!!! :DD

Yea, with kids that age I would play it by ear. I would definitely plan one day at each park, probably two at MK. Stay as long as it's still fun, then go back and chill at the hotel. Then you can go back out for dinner, Fantasmic, Wishes, etc.

You never know how kids will react on any given day. They may be tired, hot, or just rather go back to the pool for a while. Or you may have a day where everyone's having fun, and you can make it a long day.

It's just my opinion, but I would plan which park on which day, get your ADRs and FP+ set, then just roll with the rest of it. Over-planning leads to needless disappointment.
