help me plan our dining

it is me, 29, and my DD, turning 4, going on our first trip to the world. we will be arriving on 2/10 @ 1145am @ MCO and then staying at POP until we check out at 830 am on 2/15. please help me finalize our dining. we have the basic dining plan so far it looks like this, questions in red

2/10 DHS from 2-6ish, not doing fantasmic
have an existing ADR @ 620 for chef mickeys but now we are doing DHS so not sure if i should cancel chef mickeys and do Prime time or Sci Fi instead, also not sure about lunch when or where?

(using 2 TS credits for dinner)

2/11 MK from rope drop till lunch
805 ADR @ BBB, 2pm ADR lunch @CRT
may do evening @ DTD so need sugestions for CS there
(using 4 TS credits for lunch, 2 CS credits for dinner)

2/12 Epcot 10ish until after dinner, 500 ADR @coral reef
need CS or snack suggestions for world showcase lunch

(using 1 TS credits for dinner - paying OOP for DD, and 2 CS credits for lunch)

2/13 AK rope drop till 3is
805 ADR @ tusker house for breakfast, CS @ Pizzafari for lunch

(using 1 TS credit for breakfast - paying OOP for me, 2 CS credits for lunch, 2 CS for dinner @ POP)

2/14 MK rope drop till lunch, return at 5 till spectro and wishes
1130 ADR @ crystal palace
need CS recommendations for dinner
(using 2 TS credits for lunch, 1 or 2 CS credits for dinner)

2/15 check out

using snacks to fill in and will have some breakfast items in room, used 10 TS credits and 7 or 10, depending on sharing and what is happenig in World Showcase, CS credits.

Personally, I pay CRT OOP because each TS credit is worth minimal compared to other places. Look at the average cost of the meals including dessert and a nonalcoholic drink....that is what 1 TS credit is worth...many restaurants are worth much more money per TS than the royal table...ex: if the royal table is 40.00 PP, then each credit is worth only 20......many restraunts are a lot more than 20. for a meal, drink and dessert added together.
