Help me plan my first three days

We (myself, DH and two kids) will be arriving Orlando at around 8:30 am and taking the ME bus to Art of Animation. We are planning to go to HS on that day and MK on days 2 and 3. Day 3 will be a shorter day because we are transferring to an offsite resort closer to Universal. This is all happening during the Easter long weekend and I am hoping to see and experience as much of those two parks as I can. I would also like to tour AoA but don't know where to fit it in. I am allotting 2 days for MK, does this sound ok or can I finish MK in 1 day? Your thoughts? By the way, we would be taking the bus to the parks.

There might be a better place to ask this than the resorts section. Theme Park Attractions and strategies perhaps?

But, I would say that you'd easily need two days for MK depending on how old your kids are.
