Help me plan itinerary for week with SW, Aqu, DC, BG Memorial day through June 2nd

I've been scouring the forums and am very grateful for the bounty of info that has helped me plan our Orlando trip so far! We will arrive on Sunday, May 26th and depart on Monday, June 3rd. We are staying at Residence Inn SW and want to vist SW and BG for 2 days each, DC 1 day, Aquatica 2 days through the DC package. We are a family of 5 (DH, myself, DS-12, DS-10, DD-4). Never been to any of these attractions before. I'm looking for ideas on which days to visit which parks. I haven't booked DC yet, but as of today, the prices for W,Th,F are the same rates. I realize that can change tomorrow as I've been closely watching them over the past week. We won't arrive until around 9:00 p.m. Sunday night, so I'm unsure which park to visit on Monday due to it being a holiday and fear that we might not get quick que passes due to late arrival at hotel. We'd love to visit SW on Monday, but not sure because of concerns previously mentioned. I'm thinking about M- Aquatica, T- SW, W- BG, Th- DC, F- BG, S- SW, Su- Aquatica. Any thoughts? Yes, I'm probably being ridiculous, but due to planning with previous WDW trips, I feel like I "need" to have an itinerary before booking DC. Thanks in advance!

We will be there that same week. We are doing DC on Monday, SW on Tuesday and US/IOA Wednesday/Thursday. On Friday, we are a toss up between going back to US/IOA or doing Aquatica.
