Help me plan a tour of Epcot for apps/dinner/dessert/drinks

Hello!

First I thought that we'd do a monorail resort crawl - but after getting some good feedback and pouring a bit more over the menus at various restaurants - it looks like staying put in Epcot and "eating around the world" may be a better idea.

So - if Illuminations is at 9pm (we want to see this) - where should we go?

Note - we would like to do dessert (at least) at Chefs for the creme brulee


This is just DH and I for our anniversary - so no kids. This will be on 23 August.

We love most ALL foods - and are up for anything.

So what would your food journey be?

(and - note if I'd need ADRs to get in)
