We just decided to do a long President's Day weekend trip (Feb 16-21) and I need all the help I can get. I usually spend a year planning a Disney trip so this feels nuts to me! Any and all advice welcome.
We are me, DH, DD12 and DS9. We have 4 1/2 days total. Staying at the Hyatt House -we always stay on property, but decided to make this a cheaper trip.
We were at WDW in March 2021 and did Star Wars Land for the first time. Priorities this trip are Avengers Campus and Star Wars Land as that's what DH and kids too are really into
I'm thinking 3 Disney days with park hoppers, and 1 day at Universal. We've never done Universal and the kids are both recently into Harry Potter so I think it's time!
Our kids are usually early risers so we'll rope drop most every day, then we often need a hotel break after lunch, then back for a while.
We are thinking we'll also do a half day exploring Hollywood/etc. but not sure what yet.
Which days should we do each place? How much time do we need in each area? Are there any special things available to book? Dining recommendations? We usually make lunch ADR's for a nice sit down meal and then wing it for dinner.
Thanks so much in advance!
