Help me plan a day!

Hi all!

We'll be using the Disney transportation system for all but two days of our trip in Oct.

My dilemma is in regards to one of the days we are doing USF/ IoA. One one day we are driving cause we won't have breakfast planned the morning before.

I haven't seen the scheduled open times for the days we are going Oct 6th - 7th but based on the previous year I think the gates open at 9am on both days.

I'm not worried about the 7th cause I'll be driving the car that day but I was wondering about the 6th. We're staying at AoA for our trip but have reservations at Ohana at 745am.

My original plan was to take a taxi to AND from from AoA to Poly and then hop in the car and go to USF / IoA. I've read Disney's transportation should have quite a cushion when it comes to timing and my only concern would be after breakfast.

Should I just taxi it from AoA to Poly then Poly to USF / IoA and finally USF / IoA to AoA?

Wasn't entirely sure about the taxi fare to and from USF / IoA however I heard from AoA to Poly would be fairly cheap.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated! I figured I would probably miss open time but I'm just hoping to avoid most swarms since the Diagon Alley side of USF will be a hotspot.

I thought the parking lots were only available to guests who stayed at the actual hotel?

At least that was the impression I got when I stayed at AKL last summer.

Absolutely not! You are more than welcome to park there if you are eating at that resort! It's only if you plan to eat there, and then head to the MK for the day, while leaving your car parked at the Polynesian self parking lot!
You will be fine to drive there, eat breakfast and then drive away over to US/IoA!!! No problem at all!!!
