Help me pick a TS in Epcot for lunch

I'm looking for suggestions on a TS restaurant for lunch in Epcot - something other than Coral Reef (love it, but went there last two trips) or Le Cellier (steak seems a little too heavy for lunch). I'm overwhelmed by all the awesome-sounding choices in Epcot! Help??

Chef de France would be my #1 choice. I also like Biergarten and Marrakesh but more for dinner.

I also like Chefs de France, but I honestly haven't found a World Showcase restaurant I love yet. Next time I eat there, I will try one of the new places -- either Via Napoli or La Hacienda.
