Hi everyone, because of the fact that I just got my resale points loaded about a week ago I am booking a summer trip very late, our options are down to OKW and SSR, which one would you pick for a stay with 4 adults and 3 kids (7, 4, and 2 years old)? We plan to mostly enjoy the resort and go to the parks 1 day. TIA!

We have stayed at both and had a great time. I think I would choose SSR due to the closeness to Disney Springs, for easier meal access. Both have great pools, and we enjoyed the food at both. Sorry, not much help, but enjoy your trip.

Because you have children, and OKW only has steps in all but three buildings, I would pick SSR which has elevators in all buildings.

Well I guess it depends on what size room you are going to stay in. 2 studios, a 2 bedroom or a Grand villa? SSR has just been refurbished and has the pull down Murphy bed. OKW rooms are larger, but the sofa bed in 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms will a fold out. All SSR buildings have elevators and there are 2 feature pools with water slides and 2 without them. Point wise they should be close to each other. It’s a tough choice. I own at both resorts and really enjoy both. I would say SSR for the new rooms and Murphy bed. You can’t go wrong with either. Welcome Home.
