Help me pick a date!

Here are the dates we are looking at (all are Mon-Wed):

Nov 2-4

Nov 23-25 (This is the only time we can get a view suite at Carosel Inn--our favorite room)

Nov 30- Dec 2

Dec 7-9 (edit: OK--this one is out because of CM parties)

We would like to avoid crowds as much as possible. IMO, low crowds at DLR outweigh getting to stay in our favorite room. So, if Nov 23-25 is too crowded, we won't go then. We have never been there during Christmas time at DLR, so the last few times would be good, but I don't want to deal with CP or CM parties. Any chance the SM overlay would still be up for the first dates?

Personally,I'd be torn between Nov 23-25 (room) or Nov 30-Dec (after Thanksgiving crowds)

I would think that the week of Thanksgiving (23-25) would be more crowded, so I would probably avoid that week and go 11/30-12/2, then you get to see all of the holiday stuff and hopefully lower crowds since it's right after Thanksgiving, as Darph Nader said.

I vote for Nov 30 - Dec 2. I went that time last year and it was GREAT! Christmas decorations are up, holiday parades are going, crowds are low and the weather is perfect (except for an occasional rain shower).

Anyone have any expereince with crowds the Mon-Wed before Thanksgiving?

We visited Mon-Thurs 12/8-11 this last year ~ the 8th & 9th were CM party nights. Crowds were very manageable, I loved the early fireworks (5:45pm) we spent the evening over in DCA (opened till 9pm on party nights) we did stay 4 days when typically we're good with only 3 days, but if I could have a 3rd full day (we tend to fly out early evening on our 3rd day) I'd be fine with 2 of our 3 days being CM party nights.
