Help me Out So confused

We are looking to book a trip for Sept 7-13th ... We are hoping to get free dining ... I asked them about a AAA rate but they said you can only do that if your bookin a room only res. Now i plan to get a package with disney with tickets dining airfare the whole shabang ... If i went through AAA can i still get a package with a discount and if they free dining comes out wil they apply it .... Basically im trying to figure out what is the best way to book my trip through disney or AAA if i want the whole package.... Also do you think its a bad idea to buy airfare this early and do you guys usually purchase the insurance?

You can only get one discount...meaning a AAA or free dining you can't have both..that being said, you can book a pkg thru AAA,it may save anywhere from 5-20% off the rack rate.If you book a pkg thru disney directly you are paying rack rate...unless, you have a coveted pin code discount.Disney can not give AAA discounts on pkgs, the can only give you a AAA discount on room only ressies..hope this helps...

oops, to answer your other questions..I am going 9/21-9/28 and I already booked my airfare, and yes I always purcahse the trip insurance.

Book with whichever gives you the easiest out. Whoever has the least troublesome cancellation policy. If you book a whole package with airfare, I'm not sure but I'd guess you'd have to stick with what you have. You should ask the question to whomever you booked with though.

When you book free dining it is a package that makes you pay rack rate for the room and include at least one single day ticket.

Both AAA and disney follow the same cancellation policy...not sure about pkgs including airfare though.If you specifically want free dining only,wait until it is announced and then call disney and book directly with them.Booking now ,in hoping for free dining ,offers no advantage at all.Since free dining may not be offered at every resort in every room category across the board.
