Help me on suggestions for my corporate trip .

Hello all, I have my plans coming up to visit Montreal in the next month. It is a corporate trip and I am in-charge of the arrangements there. We are having a tour of the city and since it is a corporate one, I need to arrange for the accommodations and the cars that would be used for the trip. I need some suggestions on the accommodations and the cars that I need to arrange for the trip. So, please do help me on this.

I agree with the previous poster. www.fodors.com has some interesting message boards that I have used when planning trips out of the country.

In general, when going to a totally unknown area, I stick with name brands. Marriott or Hilton for hotels. National for rental cars. Go to their websites and as long as the rates aren't unreasonable, they'll probably be accepted by the corporate travel department. They may not be the cheapest options, but you generally know what to expect.
