Help me know what to expect if I am offered Bounceback

I am planning an August 2014 trip--2oth anniversary, taking my two sons (13 and 10) and two neices (18 and 16). I am also going to Disney this August (first childless Disney trip dor DH and me since they were born) and again in October (one night before cruise). I am crossing my fingers for a free dining bounceback when I am there this August, but I may be in the window where they are switching offers and not get one, in which case, I will book when I come back in October.

Here are my questions:

Will I be allowed to book free dining for a Deluxe room at either the wilderness or the Boardwalk?

If I have to go with the room only bounceback in October, are the concierge level rooms given the same discount generally as the regular rooms (not talking about Deluxe a this point because I understand that deep discount is not offered for deluxe rooms, but two concierge rooms? --DH will be with me so I can get two

If I am in a room only bounceback, I see they are now offering 35% at deluxe--does this include Wilderness Lodge, or am I going to get knocked back to a 20% discount, like is usually done for general public discounts?

If those 2 resorts are included in the current bounceback offer, yes.

Sometime yes, sometimes no.

Depends on the discount at that time.

Not trying to be so vague, but they roll out discounts to fill rooms. So depending on what resorts are not filling up for whatever reason affects the offers. Like what room types, what resorts and the % off.

Every stay I have booked a bounce back it is 35% off any deluxe MHO
And if they have them the resort you want.

October may be a little early for the 2014 standard bouncebacks. It seems like they come out late November/early December for the following year - even if there was a FD bounceback offer for August/September of the following year already issued.

However, as to whether the discount is less for WL, I booked the 2013 bounceback for WL and got the full 35% off.
