HELP ME! I'm on the deluxe dining plan; how do I make

reservations on line. Everytime I try to make my dining reservations online it tells me it wants to charge my cc full price for the reservation. How do I make them without getting charged?

What are you making reservations for?

I know for the dinner shows, if you book online they will charge your CC. Then when you pick up your tickets, you can have them reverse those charges and charge your dining plan.

OR, you can call to make reservations (for the dinner shows) and they will only take your CC as a guarantee - they will not charge unless you don't give 2 days cancellation or if you don't show up.

Breakfast at CRT. They couldn't find the availability i kept finding online. We finally got it taken care of though. They had me go ahead and make reservations online with them then they reversed the charges while I was on the phone still.

They will NOT charge your credit card at all for any reservation unless you don't show up. It's just a credit card hold.

Put your CC number in to make the reservation, then when you show up at the restaurant, they will ask you if you have the DP and you will be charged the dining credits, not your credit card. Your card is only a hold and will only be charged if you don't show up or don't cancel in time. (Most places you must cancel either 24 or 48 hours in advance to avoid the charge on your card).

Really? I don't remember CRT charging my card in 2006. (Of course, things have changed since then tho). Do they charge the full cost or just a holding fee?
