HELP ME !! I dont know where to start!!!

This is going to be my family's first trip to disney world, we have 3 girls, are going with my husbands family. we are going in march 2008, just a few weeks after my two girls b-days. i want to do something special for their birthdays. but i havent even gotten tickets yet, i dont know what the best route is.. $$ wise. I would be getting 2 adult tickets & two kids, since my youngest is under 3. I just dont know where to start, can someone point me in the right direction!??

Are you a AAA member? If so, that would be my first stop!
Otherwise,the official website is a great help!
Something special for the girls birthday would be a meal at Cinderella's Royal Table, is you can get ressies. Otherwise, we did the Princess Breakfast at Akershus in Norway at Epcot, which was great (5 or 6 princesses!)

Your doing great so far... you know when you want to go & your on the boards checking everything out... imo: thats a great start...

I think one of the best things to do is look over Disney's website, photos on the Dis and ask as many questions as you could...
If you havent decided where to stay yet you can look on the resort boards and get a feel for something that intrests you and your family...
Also there is a great thread that I linked onto this post that you can check out & it gives you alot of great & fun ideas... You have some ways to go so just stay calm and enjoy the ride!!

Welcome to the boards Definately buy the WDW book, it will help you out a lot! Try to plan a budget and see what you're looking to spend, that will help you plan more details....hotel, car, etc. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Do you have an idea of where you would like to stay? Onsite/off site?
Are you flying to Disney or driving?
I would contact a TA (travel agent) to help you with getting the best deal.
You have plenty of time for planning, and that is part of the fun of going to WDW.
How old are your girls?
There are many special things you can do for their birthdays in WDW.
First, I would get them birthday pins.Then, book a special dinner at the castle or chef mickeys.

We will be staying in a vaca home rental, that part is taken care of. i will be renewing my AAA membership so i guess that will be where i get the best deals for the tickets. Great idea about the birthday princess dining!! i will def look into that, how long will the high school musical pep rally be going on? will they still have it in march? what will the temp be like in march? these seem like such silly questions! what am i overlooking...
