We will be arriving Friday, March 21 EARLY in the morning. We will sleep/ check-out by 11ish. We have a current reservation for lunch at Raglan Road at 1:15 and then make our way back to our resort at the POLY for swim/ rest.

Saturday- MK- currently planning on a dinner at 3:40 at Ohana but I am not sure that I want to keep this reservation. We will be there for rope drop and leave parks in the afternoon but like a swim/ return to parks (not sure we want to pass on the swim for a meal?)
Sunday- HS- currently have either Round Up BBQ at 1:45 or Sci-Fi at 5:20.
Monday- EP- no reservations, enjoy the food festival?
Tuesday- AK- currently Yak and Yeti at 4:00 or leave and head to DS for Raglan Road/ Boat House 5:45. What do you do on AK day?
Wednesday- MK- Ohana at 5:30 if I cancel the earlier reservation.
Thursday- EP/HS day? No plans
Friday- MK- currently 11:45 Ohana breakfast. Plan on going for rope drop and then returning for brunch? Or would this be too early of a return?
Saturday- departure

Suggestions? Thank you!

I'm a little confused by your Friday plan - do you have a resort reservation somewhere for Thursday, March 20?

Saturday - I would probably skip 'Ohana on this day and just swim, relax and enjoy the resort until you are ready to go back to MK.

Sunday - I would do Sci-Fi. It's arguably the best themed restaurant in all of WDW.

Monday - We love Shiki-Sai at EP, but there is so much good QS in EP, I don't think it's necessary to make dining reservations if you would like some flexibility in your day.

Tuesday - it really depends on how much time you want to spend at AK. If you want to maximize your park time, I would probably do QS in AK and then head to DS when the park closes. Raglan Road and Boathouse are both good choices.

Wednesday - I would do this 'Ohana reservation

Thursday - I would keep your no plans day. If you are taking the Skyliner from EP to DHS, consider getting off at Riviera and having QS there. It's very good and they have lovely outdoor areas to eat. They also have fantastic pastries and cookies there.

Friday - that's way too early to return from MK, IMHO. Consider eating at 'Ohana before heading to MK so you don't need to come back or ditching it altogether. You could also consider eating at 'Ohana for breakfast on your departure day if you aren't leaving super early. Might be a nice way to end the trip.

Thank you for all of these wonderful suggestions. We will be arriving Friday morning at 1:30 AM and staying at the Dolphin that first "night." I currently have a reservation at Raglan Road but I am considering making it a nothing day and just rolling with it as it unfolds.
I like your suggestions for all of my other parks and days, thank you so much!

Sounds like a great trip, we have stayed at Poly last 2 years and it is awesome
some alternatives for you to consider

Friday, you would be able to go to a water park for free if that is something you are interested or just go to the Poly and see if you get your room early and just chill at the pool, check out the new pool bar in the Poly Tower?

Sat - I agree to forget about Ohana
Sun - depends if Toy Story is your no.1, probably keep it over sci fi
Mon - maybe pop out International Gateway and indulge in a cake at the Cake Bake Shop
Tue - we love Yak and Yeti, don’t forget your Landry’s card though to get $25 bonus and guaranteed seating. If you want a character meal then Tusker House
Wed - keep that
Thu - Maybe Flying Fish or as previous poster offered Shiki Sai
Fri - I would pick another monorail redort for lunch instead, Steakhouse 71 or Grand Floridian Cafe

Can you elaborate on the landrys card?

I'd say forget about Ohana on the first day. Just enjoy MK for however long you want to and sort of wing it for dinner depending on everyone's mood.

We did Ohana dinner on our no park day back in September and was glad we didn't have to go back to a park after that dinner. We were so stuffed. Took the boat back to MK to catch our bus back to our resort.

I was super hesitant to book Sci-Fi but ended up loving it. The food is not spectacular but the setting alone is worth it in my opinion. Not sure if you have little with you, but my then 6yr old thought the movies they were showing were "too scary", haha.
