I had the caribbean chicken roll for an app at Maya Grill and it was sooo good. I'd love to find the recipe. Any ideas where to find it?

allears.net also has a recipe section. although I did not find that recipe there, You can also ask when you are there again and they will email you the recipe.

I haven't asked for a recipe from the park, only from DCL, but all I did was email guest services and they sent it back to me.
