Help me find a airplane ticket!!

We will be in CA until oct 26th or 25th. Im trying to find awesome tickets for 4 from lax or long beach etc to slc on either of those days!! Any ideas??
What do you use to find deals?? Please help ive never bought plane tickets before

Google Flights is my go-to. You can set it up to watch flights to see if they increase/decrease as well.

When I ran it from LAX to SLC the 26th was cheaper (assuming you're looking for a one way flight). I found 4 tickets for a total of $357 ($89.25 per passenger) through United or Alaskan.
