Help me figure out how to do water park tickets start day?

We visit at the end of March, and will visit parks Monday-Thursday. We want to visit the water park on the Saturday before. Which day do I select as my "start date", Saturday, or Monday?

If you have park hopper + tickets, you will need to start your tickets on the Saturday before (first day you plan to go to a waterpark).
