Help me decide while I can still have time to make ressies

Here's the dilemma I'm in (a good dilemma I suppose). We have GC's for Pat O'Brien's and LQ that we are thinking of using for dinner. We are only staying at RPR 4 nights. Now to my question: If you had to choose 2, between Emeril's, Wantilan Luau, or Mythos, which would you choose? We've eaten at Emeril's and Mythos and love them both. These are my son's choices. I on the other hand think that since we are staying at RPR the Luau may be fun. I just don't want to get there and regret not making a reservation. I'm actually considering doing all 3 and just stopping into Pat O'Brien's for drinks and appetizers. We will have our 12 yo. son with us, so if we do this it would have to be before 9:00. That just seems like an awful lot of eating. Which do you think we would be most happy with. As you can see, I'm going into planning overload and need some practical advice.

I would do Mythos and the Luau. Having eaten at Mythos and Emerils, Emerils did not rate well with me. I have not eaten at the Luau, but it looks like good food and fun. Any consideration of eating at the Tchoup Chop if you haven't already?

We ate at Tchoup-Tchoup our last visit. Although we love Emeril's, we left Tchoup-Tchoup very dissappointed, and I can't convince my DH and DS to try it again. Of course I'm the optimist in the family, so I tried to convince them that maybe we were there on an off night. My family's retort was that out of 4 different entrees and 4 different desserts, (my DN was with us) that some of the food should have been good, even on an off night. Of course, I countered with, "It was. We had 1 very good dessert, and 1 good dessert." Not enough for them though.
