Help me decide please

I posted a couple of weeks ago, at that time I was planning to go to the Explorers hotel next easter. I couldnt believe how expensive it was going to be there as its not even a Disney hotel so we have now decided on the Cheyenne.
I have a couple of questions
1. Will the extra magic hours still be on ? It says the 15th celebrations carry on till the end of March
2. Will the Eurostar be going from Ebbsfleet by then ? That would be nearer from us.
3. Will it be mad busy on Easter Monday ? Cant decide whether to go then or the day after, if we went on the Monday it would mean my husband having to take 1 day less holiday

Don't think I can help much but I've stayed at Cheyenne twice and it's a great hotel, very fun Plus you're only a short stroll from the park and Disney Village.

The Extra Magic Hours are planned to be on throughout the 15th Anniversary celebrations.

According to the Eurostar website, the Ebbsfleet service starts on the 19th November.

And yes, it will be very busy on Easter Monday, I'm afraid!

In the past we were there the weekend *before* Easter and it was already very very busy (shorter queue 30 mins but usually longer ones) so i suppose it must be mad busy on Easter and Easter Monday

We have alwyas stayied at the Cheyenne, it'a a great place with great theming and my kids love the bunk beds even now they are grown up lol
You can be in the Village with just a 10 minutes walk

I was told by Eurostar that the direct service to Disneyland would not be stopping at Ebbsfleet.

Presumably if you went to Paris, then changed and took a different train to Disneyland, then you could get on at Ebbsfleet? Or the change at Lille might be another option? You would have to check with Eurostar I think.

We have stayed at Explorers and although it is more expensive it probably has more facilities than Santa Fe or Cheyenne (eg Swimming Pool). I think it is actually classed as 3 star when Sf and Ch are only 2 star. We really liked it and would stay there again and would also stay at Holiday Inn as really liked this as well. You can get some quite good deals for this on their website

We have stayed at Santa Fe twice and again liked it and at Easter are going to Cheyenne for first time.

We have been for the last 2 Easters and it has been very very busy but we are hoping it will be less busy as French schools (and some English) arent on holiday then as Easter is so early. Although you may find Easter Monday itself is busy.

Hopefully EMH will still be on but remember if you do choose to stay off site (eg Explorers) you wont get this unless you buy a dream annual pass.
