Help me decide on which concierge???

did i read right? some concierge rooms at BWI have standard views?? i thought that they would have a premium view? i saw that there was a different price for a deluxe concierge room. is this just the bigger room with sitting area?

Our Beach Club concierge staff were by far the best of all. AKL comes second, followed by Grand Floridian and Wilderness Lodge. Bringing up the rear is Boardwalk, and finally the Contemporary.

Contemporary comes last, but Boardwalk Inn is trying to give them a run for their money. The Boardwalk Inn staff is generally wonderful, but the concierge people are not. However, they don't come near the rude and inept staff that permeates the Contemporary.

I prefer the view from the Beach Club. We had a full balcony (but you have to specify that or you get a six-inch one) with a view of the water, and the Boardwalk across the way. And Beach Club is the shortest walk to the World Showcase. Shorter even than parking in the lot and crossing the park to get to it!

The Beach Club has the old-fashioned Beaches and Cream soda shop. I didn't really love the restaurants at AKL.

AKL is usually cheaper, and is grand, too. It's just a preference thing.

Yes. The deluxe concierge rooms at BWI sleep six. They have 2 queen beds + a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. There are also 2 tvs. The 2nd tv is in front of the sofa area.
