Thanks all. Any quick service restaurants you all would recommend....along the skyliner?

I would take the Skyliner over to Riviera and eat at Primo Piatto (QS). I would then recommend getting back on the Skyliner and taking it to the Boardwalk area for a stroll around the EP resorts - they could also do QS over there, though it's fairly limited (pizza, salad, sandwiches). There is also an ice cream parlor on the Boardwalk plus Boardwalk bakery if they want to grab dessert.

If they are basic meat and potato individuals and on a budget, then maybe Beaches and Cream if they want a sit down. Since they have a car, it might be best to wait until they arrive to see if there is something that is available that appeals to them. In June, I only made a couple of ADRs ahead of time. We made the rest of our ADRs on the day of, based on what was available.. We would look and check out menus if we were not already familiar with the restaurant. Since I had a car, we were open to any of the resorts.

Truthfully, I would just have them check out menus on the app or website, especially for the places they might want to visit on arrival day.. They can even play with mobile order if interested in QS to get a feel for it before arriving. This way they can narrow down options so they can make changes if they want/need to. I tend to not make too many plans on arrival day because that day always seems in flux and I might want more relaxation over exploration.

Big River Grille on the Boardwalk is a good meat and potatoes option. Not too expensive. You can reserve on Open Table, but I've never had a problem getting a table for 4 or 5 people as a walk up.

Meat and potatoes on a budget - I voted other - I'd probably do an area happy hour b/c why not start vacay with happy hour...here's a link to some good ones...https://orlandodatenightguide.com/orlandohappyhours/

Of those, Raglan Road is what I would recommend. I suspect that almost everything else in the poll other than House of Blues (nothing to write home about) will be impossible to get at the 60 day mark. Raglan is really good though, and you can almost always book it on Open Table even if it is sold out in the Disney app.

Primo Piatto is EXCELLENT, but it turned out it was a little too good and was becoming a little too popular among the skyliner resort guests in a way that deprived Riviera guests of a place to eat... so at some days/times on our trips, we noticed it was only available to Riviera resort guests. Just be sure to check in the app when you place the mobile order as during those times it will pop up with a warning message if it is closed for Riviera guests only.
