We are planning a family trip (with extended family included) to WDW for next year. Due to conflicts with school schedules, kids dance recitals and my sisters company shutting down for the 4th of July week next year, our dates are limited. It looks like we will be going June 30-July 10. We really want to try to go for 10 days at least without the kids having to come out of school. I have read about the awful temps and crowds. Travelers will range in age from 3 years to 62. My family is all for going during this time. I just need some tips to still make the trip exciting. I was thinking to enter the parks at opening (the day after early entry - we will be staying at the Holiday Inn Family Suites) and leave right after lunch. Then take the afternoon off at the pool. I was also thinking to not go into any parks on July 4th (my kids are fine with seeing the fireworks on just a regular day). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. In the past we took the kids out of school right after Memorial Day and before the school year ended and it worked out great. Unfortunately that time frame won't work for this trip. Sorry for such a long post.
