Help me convince DH to hit WDW. . .

One more time before our baby arrives. I'm currently about 5 months pregnant and trying very hard to convince DH that we need one more long weeked at WDW before this kid pops out.

He resists on the following grounds:
1) I'll be too hot/tired (how would he know?)
2) We can always go back in a year

BUT, I'm not up for a trip with a baby/toddler (not flaming or judging anyone who does it, just not interested in lugging around a bunch of baby stuff for a kiddie who's never going to remember the trip), so as I see it, it would be at least 3-4 years before we go back again.

Besides, since I can't do the big rides that we normally spend most of our time on, I see a pregnant trip as a chance to really enjoy the details/little things. DH just doesn't seem to get it. What else can I tell him?

Tell him to remind you to drink lots of water, take lots of breaks, avoid lots of attractions and get lots of sleep, because he's right. You're going to be hotter than you normally are, mroe tired than you normally are, and frankly, once that baby arrives you may see taking a toddler to WDW in a different light.

I know lots of people tour pregnant (I did), but with a resistant husband and the heat of summer (or big belly, if you go toward the end), I think he's right about waiting.

I think it would be better to go preganat then exposing a new born to germs, heat etc. There are very few things that you can not do while pregant and at Disney. If you have no health concerns and your doctor says it's ok then you should go and enjoy your freedom while you still have it. Also just listen to your body. Take breaks , drink lots of water, go on airconditioned attractions adn just relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
