Can I ask, if I choose superior room in HOJO does this garantee park view room? it's little confusing

I didn't know about the AP discount. Does it matter what time of year or is this for any dates? We are booked for the first week in August (DL view-tower 1). I used the Mouse Saver discount code, but it looks the AP is a better deal.

Call Best Western Park Place direct, their website always says unavailable but when you call there is availability

I did. The price difference is 40 a night, and this is compared to superior room in HOJO! Yes it includes breakfast but with that difference we can breakfast somewhere else and to be honest we will be in rush to hit the parks and have early brunch.

I just like the pool area of hojo more too, i hope we get to chill out little around the pool

I am pretty sure it does. When I reserved mine it said "Tower 1 - Disneyland view." Also, if you are staying Sunday through Thursday, they have 20% off rooms (at least for my dates in August it was).

If you book a Superior facing Disney you will have a park view! You will be able to see the fireworks (if Disney has them going off) and you can see the tops of Matterhorn, Small World, HoT, etc.
