Help me change up my Drink Around the World routine

When I return to WDW in May, I'll be making my fifth attempt to complete the Drink Around the World challenge (I'm 3 for 4 so far, though the best experience was probably the one failed attempt). Despite the myriad options at each stop along the World Showcase, I've fallen into a bit of a rut with my drink selections, and wanted to crowd-source some alternatives to shake things up before I do this again.

The one thing that probably limits me is that I'm not a beer drinker at all. But I'm willing to give anything that's not beer a shot (no pun intended), and I'd love to hear what people on the board think I should try.

For reference, here are my typical choices (I alternate between starting in Mexico and Canada on each trip; this next trip will start in Mexico).

Mexico
I'll usually do either a frozen margarita or the tequila flight from the outdoor cart.

Norway
Every time I've done it, I've gotten the Aquavit shot. It feels like the most authentic option, but (let's be honest, here) it's also pretty terrible. At least it's a small portion and it goes down quick.

China
Tipsy Ducks in Love. This is probably non-negotiable, though I can be talked into trying something new as a second drink at this stop.

Refreshment Outpost
I usually settle for the Pinot Noir. Not a ton of non-beer options here.

Germany
The first time I had it, I fell in love with the Barenjager Honey & Bourbon. But it's something I keep in my home liquor cabinet now, so I'm looking to venture out into what other non-beer options Germany has to offer.

Italy
This is always my wild card country. I usually just go into Tutto Gusto and pick something at random, so I'd love to hear what I should be targeting.

U.S.A.
I could swear the last time I was there, the Frozen Red Stag Lemonade was the only non-beer option, but I'd love to be told otherwise.

Japan
Here's another country where I'm in desperate need of help. I always get a hot sake for authenticity's sake, and I never enjoy it. At least it takes a while to drink, which helps me pace myself, but I'd be more than happy to switch to anything else (except for sake bombs, which played very strongly into the one failed DATW attempt I had).

Morocco
I've gotten the "Mediterranean Journey" at the Spice Road Table bar the past three times I've gone, and I really like it, but I'm sure there's something else I should be trying.

France
I go back and forth between the Grand Marnier and Grey Goose Slush or a glass of the Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Then sometimes I'll get both, because, after all, this is France!

U.K.
I get a Lagavulin inside Rose & Crown every time, because it's literally my favorite drink on the planet, but it's also something I have every week at home. There's gotta be something I can try here that I can only get here, right?

Canada
There's gotta be something other than Crown Royal, right? I don't mind starting with it, but ending with it is pretty rough.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide in my attempt to create another day at Epcot that I both won't remember and won't forget.

Mexico
Go inside to La Cava and have a margarita on the rocks. I recommend the passionfruit

Norway
I'm no help here, I always have a beer.

China
Peach Snap!

Refreshment Outpost
I've always skipped the outpost.

Germany
I'm usually a beer here, too. Around Christmas they had a really tasty apple liqueur, but I'm not sure if it's always available. There's also wine tasting in the Weinkeller.

Italy
Bellinis

U.S.A.
No help again.

Japan
Try a sake mist! The blood orange one is delicious.

Morocco
I usually get a tangierine cocktail from the coffee bar at the back of the Tangierine Cafe. It's just a mix of boozy slushes, but it's pretty tasty.

France
Same here.

U.K.
Cider? I'm not a fan of the new Strongbow, so I go for a beer here now.

Canada
Another beer for me.

In Germany I like to do a shot of Jagr. I find the cold sake way more palatable than the hot sake. Definitely go into La Cava to get a margarita--I love the jalapeno and the grand varieties.

Other than what's already been suggested, I like a Pimm's cup at the Rose & Crown. It's refreshing on a hot day and I typically use it to break up my beer drinking.

Will Flower and Garden still be going on during your trip? That will open up huge number of options
Or does your DATW require permanent options?

Second the Pimm's cup, refreshing and not overly strong.

I'm going May 19, so Flower and Garden will still be going on. Of course, knowing me, that just means I'll extend the challenge from the base 12 to about 16 or 17.

Then I would branch out to include drinks that are part of F&G, even if you decide not to do them all. Count any booth in a countries borders as part of that country.
That's how we are going to do it here in a couple of weeks

I appreciate your dedication. I don't do a day at WDW without hitting Epcot for a few drinks. I don't properly drink around the world, because honestly, I haven't been in the American pavilion for years and only enjoy the scenery in Canada for a bit. Here's some personal favorites that might be different than the usual.

Spice Road Table - Apertif Flight - Lillet, Port and something else, its delicious and a great reason to get some food.
Italy - Limoncello forever
UK - Washington Apple (A London thing for sure! Crown, cranberry juice, midori, its sweet, but the whiskey balances it), the English Rose is enjoyed by many, their cocktails are shockingly well done and not pre-mixed.
African Outpost - not sure the name, but its frozen coke and booze. I find regular coke too ding dang sweet, but it was refreshing on a hot day.
Norway - viking coffee? I've had it hot and cold when I'm needing a caffeine hit.
Japan - try some of the dry chilled sake, its SO much better and not like I imagine drinking rubbing alcohol is like which is my thought on hot sake

In Mexico, I go to La Cava for a premium shot or 2 and Veuve in France. Sometimes in Germany if we're getting a brat, I'll get one of those Appley shots. Sorry, the name escapes me here too.

I think I'm going to have to take the time to go inside La Cava for a premium shot. Plus it might have the added benefit of slowing me down. I checked the livestream of my last DATW adventure and it was just about 3 hours, which is probably way faster than I should be doing it, considering the amount of alcohol involved.

With hot sake you basically use the cheapest sake imaginable as no one wants to heat up the good stuff. Sake is meant to be enjoyed cold. Go to the sake bar inside the store and have a cast member walk you through to find one you'll enjoy.

Mexico - Get a real margarita from La Cava, or from Choza, when it opens. They are all good. They also have the cream tequila, which looks interesting.
Norway - Viking coffee. Really good with school bread
Germany - Try some wine
Italy - I have heard the Italian Margarita at the gelati bar is good.
Japan - Get a good quality, cold sake from the sake bar. Hot sake is cheap, poor quality sake. I like the cloudy sakes. I had an interesting yuzu one in December. There's also sparkling sake, which is really interesting. Plum wine is good too.

Are you going during F&G Festival? You could drink around the booths?
