I am going to Disney with my 16 and 17 year old and would like suggestions on where to book our TS for seven nights. What TS offers views of fireworks and at what time should the reservations be made for.

The Rose & Crown in Epcot and the California Grill at the Contemporary, both have certain tables that offer views on the fireworks. Neither is guaranteed though, so you may have a great view during the show, or you may be stuck inside and miss a lot of the action. In any case, you should make your ressie for about 1 1/2 hours before the fireworks are to begin. Check in for your ADR early (at least 15 minutes or so) and ask for a table with a view, letting the CM know that you're willing to wait. Just be prepared for them to say nothing is available. If that's the case, sit down, enjoy your meal and leave before the fireworks start so you can catch them from outside the restaurant.

As to where to eat, that depends entirely on your preferences and where you'll be each day. You can see a complete list of menus here. That should help you pick what is in your group's budget as well as what places offer things you like.

Have fun!!

If you eat at California Grill, they let you get up from your table to go outside and see the Fireworks... much better view than from a table with a view!

Other TS, depends on your preferences and tastes. I love 50's Prime Time Cafe and Boma's/

Illuminations: Rose & Crown has some patio tables. You can request one, but as far as I know you can’t ‘wait’ for one – when a table is ready for you, you have to accept that table or (afaik) you will be politely invited to dine elsewhere. If you get an inside table, you can go out onto the patio at showtime, you do need to stand in a designated area. You can also see some of the display from the area of Chefs de France that butts up against the World Showcase Promenade.
Wishes: Can be seen from some tables in California Grill, or you can go out on the deck and watch. It can also be seen from some tables at ‘Ohana, but there’s no ‘outdoor’ option at the restaurant. Narcoosee’s is right on the water; again, if your table isn’t up against a window you can step out onto the deck. Or, at any of the resorts housing these restaurants, you can watch Wishes from the beach area.
